  1. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase and your entire order amount will be refunded. The sooner the better, because once your order is processed, you cannot cancel or make changes to it.

  1. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A FULL REFUND?

Absolutely, you can return your order and demand a full refund except for Earrings. We prefer not to accept earrings back for customer hygiene and safety purposes. Please keep in mind that we only allow refund on the items that are damaged, defective or if you have received a wrong item. In such cases, we request you to share the pictures/videos of the issues with the item(s) you have received. 

Please Note - Shipping charges for the return item needs to be borne by the customer. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

      3. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with the tracking id as soon as the order is ready to ship.

  1. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  1. I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or missing, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case the item is damaged, don’t forget to click a picture and attach it with the email that will help us serve you better.
